This diet is designed to work with your lifestyle so you can live a healthy life for many years to come.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">South Beach Diet is a little different from others because of the weight of diet is divided into three phases, each with their own body weight regulation. Each phrase comes with a list of foods permitted and prohibited food and literature program will provide information about why you eat what you eat.</p>
